Raw Organic Trail Mix
This is a recipe for a tasty and healthy trail
mix (or paddle mix, if you will) that’s made
with all organic ingredients. It makes thirteen
1/4 cup servings and it only takes 5 minutes to
prepare. No cooking is necessary.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/3 cup Almonds, roasted, no salt
1/3 cup Pecans
1/3 cup Hemp Seeds
1/6 cup Sesame Seeds
1/3 cup Cranberries, dried, sugar added
1/3 cup Blueberries, dried, sugar added
Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together.
* Bag some for the trail, paddling trips or
snacks.
* It’s also great on ice cream or as an addition
to cereal. |
