Caramel Puff Corn

Servings: 16

Ingredients:
1 9oz bag Puff Corn (In the 'Snack Aisle' in most grocery stores)
1 cup Butter
1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Baking Soda


Directions:
* Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
*
Combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in 2 qt sauce pan.
* Cook on medium until mixture has melted.
* Add baking soda (this will make the mixture foam)
* Pour Puff Corn in large roaster pan
* Pour caramel over the Puff Corn and stir until mixed
* Place in oven for 45 min, stirring every 10-15 min.
* Remove from oven, pour on wax paper and break apart.
* Let it cool before serving.
