"Paddle The World" April Newsletter - 2011

Despite some Winter weather that stubbornly wants to hang on in the Northern part of the country, it looks like warmer days are on the way. We've been talking to several fishermen who are already hitting the water, or will be soon. Speaking of fishing, we have a review of the Sea Eagle FoldCat 440, a 4-person pontoon. There's a couple of cool videos in "Web News." One with a shark & a kayak, not my idea of fun, even if the shark only eats plankton! Sally C. from Iowa sent us a picture of her paddling a Sea Eagle 330 Pro with a friend. Our outdoor tip is about "Camping Cooking Pot Clean Up" and this month's recipe is for "Banana Nut Energy Bars."

Outdoor Tip - Camping Cooking Pot Clean Up
Despite the dusting of snow we had this past weekend, our friends headed out for their first camping trip of the year. They are true "camping fools" as my friend calls it! And they've learned a lot from their many camping experiences. Here's one of their best tips ...
